Due to organizational changes in ALTA the new Chief Executive Officer became Josef Kunik from August 1, 2011. Josef Kunik has replaced the head of the company Lubomir Fabik who temporarily held this position since the beginning of 2011.
Josef Kunik worked for the companies ESAB AB and Lincoln Electric last 20 years where he gained extensive managerial experience at the international level.
In the region of Russia and the CIS he worked both in management positions and in M & A for Lincoln Electric and during this period implemented several major acquisitions.
Before joining ALTA Group he was holding a function of Chief Executive Officer for Lincoln Electric, Russia and CIS.
