Dear Business Partners,

We would like to inform you, that as of the 1st August 2011 the process of division of the parent company ALTA, a.s. has been completed by splitting as follows:

As of the 1st August 2011 the corporate name of the parent company reg. No. 60735244 has changed to ALTA Invest, a.s. and two successor companies ALTA, a.s., reg. No.292873901, and ALTA Real, a.s., reg. No.29287405 have been established.

The company ALTA, a.s., reg. No.29287391, is the successor in all business activities, while the company ALTA Real, a.s., reg. No.29287405 is the successor in the real estates activities and their administration.

All companies have their registered office at the current address of the parent company, thus at Štefánikova 41, Brno, Postal Code 602 00, Czech Republic.

We would hereby like to ask you to do respective data changes in your records and kindly state the correct data in all accounting and tax documents, as well as in other documentation with effect from the 1st August 2011.
