Martin Belza, MBA	- Chairman of the Board of Directors ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s., TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s., ČKD BLANSKO-OS, a.s.
	Born in 1968. Holds Master’s degree in Construction, Finishing and Agricultural Machinery from Prague Technical University (faculty of Mechanical Engineering) and Master of Business Administration degree from Prague International Business School.Was CEO of Strojírny Prostějov in 1994–1997, later worked for Přerovské Strojírny and in 1998–2004 was CEO and Chairman of the Board of PSP Engineering. 2005–2006 was CEO of Hestego Company. Joined ALTA in 2006, Managing Director and Member of the Board in 2007–2010. Currently chairs the Board of Directors of all manufacturing subsidiaries. Also Member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Engineering Technology (SST).
Jaroslav Zapletal	- Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s., ČKD BLANSKO-OS, a.s., Member of the Board of Directors ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s.
	Born in 1966. Earned Master’s degree in Agricultural Operations and Economics from the University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno. Started in Komerční Banka in 1990, from 1997 to 2000 was Corporate Director of the Board of Directors of Komerční Banka Bratislava. Joined ALTA in 2000 as Director Finance (till 2005) and Member of the Board (till 2010)
Milan Bláha	- Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s., Member of the Board of Directors TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s., ČKD BLANSKO-OS, a.s.
	Born in 1969. Graduated from the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň (faculty of Mechanical Engineering) with a degree in Machine Tool Production Management. In 1998–2001, was Head of Financial Department of ŠKODA TURBÍNY s.r.o. Started in ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL in 2001 as Executive Head and Director Finance. Following the company’s restructuring into a joint-stock company was appointed CEO and Chairman of the Board. After its incorporation into ALTA Group remained on the Board and continued as CEO.

Luboš Janoušek	- Member of the Board of Directors ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL a.s., TOS KUŘIM - OS, a.s., ČKD BLANSKO-OS, a.s.
	Born in 1959. Graduated from the University of Western Bohemia in Plzeň with a degree in High-Power Electrical Equipment. In 1985–1991, worked in the R&D Department of Obráběcí Stroje ŠKODA, later coordinated technical and commercial support for ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL on the Chinese market through STOJIMPORT a.s (Beijing). In 1994–1997 worked at OLFF & CO Handelsgesellschaft (Beijing) as a sales officer responsible for ŠKODA products and in 1997–1999 helped establish a representative office of ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL in Beijing. Since 2000 Commercial Director of ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL, in 2006–2008 Member of the Board. In 2007 helped create EASTERN SKODA (SHENYANG) MACHINE TOOL MODERNIZATION CO., LTD., daughter company of ŠKODA MACHINE TOOL in China where he is Chairman of the Board.
